Working on Refocusing My Weight Loss Efforts

So I am trying to transition into small meals, eventually planning out the calories and working in exercise daily. I still have 12lbs to lose by the wedding and a ton of muscle to develop. So, this morning I decided to go for a walk, which turned into 2 hours of instragram bliss. Anyways you can see what I ate below. I’m still trying to focus my efforts on a low carb diet. We are running out of groceries so I ended up eating a lot of eggs. The chicken and avocado together was too much, and I kinda feel like I’m in a food coma.

Meals: 

Morning:

Almonds

2 eggs, small amount of strawberry jelly

Peanuts

Afternoon:

Celery and Hummus

2 eggs with some pesto sauce

Evening:

Chicken with an avocado

Dark Chocolate

Dealing with GERD and other Intestinal Problems

Spent my entire week dealing with digestive problems, which has forced me to stick to light workouts. However, with the help of the app Lift, I’ve remembered to take time every day to stretch and drink more water (especially since I’m making the switch away from any caffeinated drinks). 

Made these for breakfast and they were excellent. I highly recommend :)
